Shipping Policy

Wine and Alcohol Orders. Kelham Vineyards may market alcoholic beverage Products (“Alcoholic Beverages”) on the Website. 

With respect to any Order requests for Alcoholic Beverages placed through the Website, Kelham Vineyards serves only as a third-party marketer. Kelham Vineyards is not the seller of record. All Order requests for Alcoholic Beverages are made to, accepted by, processed by, and fulfilled by a third-party licensed entity of such Alcoholic Beverages (the “Licensed Entity”). Any Order request is subject to review by such Licensed Entity and may be rejected upon further review in its sole discretion. The name of the specific Licensed Entity will appear on the product pages and at check out.

By placing an order for Alcoholic Beverages, the buyer understands and accepts that for orders going to buyer’s delivery address, title to and ownership of alcoholic beverages passes from the Licensed Entity to the buyer in the State in which the sale occurs, and buyer takes all responsibility for product being transported from the state of sale to the buyer’s selected destination.  Buyers may make independent delivery arrangements.  Sales tax will be applied based on the Licensed Entity’s location.

Shipments of Alcoholic Beverages are delivered by FedEx®. Shipments of Alcoholic Beverages may also be delayed by the Licensed Entity, in its sole discretion, due to weather conditions, such as excessive heat.  

BY PLACING ANY ORDER FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, YOU REPRESENT, WARRANT, AND CERTIFY THAT YOU AND THE RECIPIENT (IF APPLICABLE) OF ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE. THE SIGNATURE OF AN ADULT AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY OF ANY PACKAGE CONTAINING AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE. IF AN ADULT AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE WITH A VALIDLY ISSUED GOVERNMENT IDENTIFICATION IS NOT PRESENT AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS DURING BUSINESS HOURS, THE DELIVERY CARRIER WILL NOT DELIVER ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. PRODUCTS CAN BE SHIPPED TO A PLACE OF BUSINESS OR RESIDENCE. WE CANNOT SHIP TO P.O. BOX OR APO BOXES.
