Ascot | 2017 RHAPSODY Proprietary Red Wine Field Blend

Layered, aromatic and singular. Grown, harvested and fermented together as one vineyard rather than assembled afterward, it reveals a core of boysenberry and black plum woven with wild fennel, white pepper and dried lavender. Supple tannins carry a savory, herb-edged finish that no blend arrives at by addition. Now through the next weight to ten years.
