Ascot | 2018 Pinot Noir

Supple, perfumed and restrained. It reveals a translucent core of Bing cherry and wild raspberry., lifted by rose petal and a trace of orange peel. Forest floor and sweet baking spice emerge with air, carried on silken tannins and a bright seam of acidity to a long, savory close. Elegance in place of Power. Now through the next four to six years.
